What does it take to be an excellent appraiser? Accuracy. Thoroughness. Attention to detail. Understanding of the process. I believe you will find that I have these assets and more. That's why I am contacting you-to learn about opportunities in commercial appraising, appraisal review, appraiser management or other related positions with your organization. My resume is enclosed for your review.

You will see that I have been appraising commercial properties for several years. I have found that my skills are particularly geared toward commercial lines in that I am very analytical and I understand how the process actually works. The challenges that commercial appraising present are also exciting.

The breadth of my experience is described on my resume. I have generated many complex files and appraised diverse properties, from vacant land to manufacturing plants and strip malls. In addition to my commercial and residential experience, I have been training appraisers and reviewing/releasing their work. This has presented its own challenges, which have solidified my knowledge of the field.
